Job Description

• Manage (planning, execution, monitoring) downstream engineering projects.
• Prepare for tender BQ and relevant documents, involve in tender interview and evaluation of contractor for the projects.
• Liaise and follow-up closely with clients, contractors and other associated parties to ensure assigned projects are completed within the timeline and budget.
• Verify project progress claim and payment certification.
• To supervise contractors & monitor their workmanship on site.
• Clear doubts and solve conflicts from all relevant parties.
• Practice good governance and compliance with Building/Machinery/Safety Codes & Regulations.
• Multitasking and carry out other jobs assigned as and when required.

Job requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of working experience in the related field are required for this position.
• Familiar with common industrial practices and regulatory.
• Knowledge in Oil Palm Plantation will be an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate and proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible and willing to go outstation and work beyond normal working hours.
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Applicants with strong analytical, problem solving skills, result oriented, hardworking and good leadership skills will have an added advantage.
