Responsibilities

Provide clerical and administrative support to the project department.
To assist in enquiring and obtaining quotations and work progress reports from supplies and vendors for construction materials/equipment/services.
Responsible for calculating measurements and preparation of drawings for site work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating logistic activities (together with Logistics and Technical Support departments) including shipping, receiving, deliveries and maintaining records.
