Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute Sales Strategies:
Create and implement effective sales and marketing plans to achieve targets, expand market share, and strengthen our industry presence.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
Lead client meetings and presentations, provide technical consultancy, and act as the primary point of contact to foster strong, long-term partnerships.
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities, promote innovative solutions, and actively participate in exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events to drive brand visibility.
Project Coordination & Cost Control:
Work closely with the Project Team to ensure smooth project execution, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of solutions.
Sales Operations Support:
Conduct product demonstrations, provide training, attend tender briefings, and manage sales documentation including invoicing to achieve KPIs and business goals.
What We're Looking For:
Strong technical background in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred).
Proven experience in project sales, business development, or technical consultancy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel as required.
