Client Background: Our Client Provides Total Facilities Solutions from Engineering, Procurement, Construction Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (EPCQV) Services for Clean Room, HVAC, Industrial M&E and Process Utilities Industry: Construction Location: Subang Jaya Headcount: 1 Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: Basic + Benefits Responsibilities: . Responsible for construction site management and reports to the Project Manager . Responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet quality standards and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements . Assists the Project Manager in Project Planning and to co-ordinate and oversees works on site . Manages daily site operation and overseeing all architectural, electrical, mechanical matters . To work closely with consultants and sub-contractors to ensure the construction activities follow the drawings and specifications . Supervises and monitors sub-contractors for site work progress until completion . Resolves any issues and problems that arise on site. Requirements: Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Professional Paper in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in the use Microsoft Office - Excel and WordAt least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Exposure in cleanroom construction will be added advantage Possesses excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, team player and good personality Able to work for 5.5 days.
