Job Description

Salary offer: RM4,000 - 5,000 per month

Contract duration: 24 months contract under PERSOLKELLY.

Location: Jalan Lagoon Selatan, Bandar Sunway 47500 Subang Jaya

Working hour: Monday - Friday (8.5 hours)

Responsibilities:

• Involve in project development cycle - Study project order, prepare design specification, engineering documentation, raise procurement request, coordination with customer/suppliers, trigger milestone claims, user acceptance test
• Assist project manager/senior in project management/organization
• Document controller/transmittals.
• Update project progress on portals for project review. Review together with finance team on project status.
• Site survey/study of job requirement for engineering design.
• Site supervisor/permit application - monitor contractor
• Experience with oil and gas field, process transmitter instrumentation, analyzers, automation - PLC etc.
• Skill in AUTOCAD, communication, gas and water analyzers, instrumentation tools
• Good communication with customer and team members.
• Ability to work under time pressure, analytical thinking
• Ability to work for multiple projects/account
• Sourcing coordinator (optional) experience - review request from team, to source from suppliers, compare cost, approval. High integrity with compliance to SCM process.

Requirements: * Minimum Bachelor in any engineering or related.

• Ability to work in a team and excellent organization of own work.
• Ability to work under time pressure, analytical thinking
• Experience with SAP.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken is preferred).
