• Minimum 2-6 years of experience in related field.

• Willingness to work extra hours to learn quickly and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Necessary travel to project sites and attend meetings as required.

Tanggungjawab

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction/development projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Urgent work may require some weekend attendance if necessary.
• Update regularly project progress reports.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants and authorities.
• Monitor project schedules and milestones, and report on progress to senior or clients.
• Assist in the resolution of technical issues and suggest multiple solutions.
