Job Description
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin speaker is an advantage
- Good in analytical, problem solving and leadership skills.
- Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Assist Project Manager in preparation and implementation of Project Executive Plan (PEP).
- Chair the meeting with Project Team and drive the execution and closure on all project tasks per the project planning.
- Attend the weekly progress meeting (internal as week as customer) and assist in preparation of minutes of meeting.
- Monitor work in progress and prepare weekly report of the status of each assignment.
- Assist the team in executing project plan, drive cross-functional project team and focus on meet and satisfy customer\'s needs in product quality, delivery and cost.
- Coordinate material and assist in logistic, shipment of engineering samples to customer.
- Coordinate with all projects related personnel (project team members) on day to day progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Provide full support as required by the management and project manager for all projects.
- Apply Kaifa P/N, manage and update Kaifa BOM.
- Manage the product specification and manage the product changes (Product ECN management) 1
- Support Production and the team in MES management.
