Job Description

Assist Project Manager in planning daily, weekly, and monthly site activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely execution. Review construction drawings, specifications, and method statements before implementation. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with the project schedule. Supervise construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance. Monitor site progress and report any delays or discrepancies to Project Manager. Resolve site issues promptly with practical solutions. Conduct inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, standards, and specifications. Prepare and update daily site reports, progress reports, and photo records. Record site measurements and verify subcontractor claims. Assist QS in preparing progress claims and variation order records. Maintain site records (drawings, method statements, checklists, approvals). Provide technical guidance to site supervisors and workers. Liaise with consultants/clients to resolve discrepancies in drawings or site conditions. Report site progress, manpower status, and issues to Project Manager regularly. Attend project/site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Monitor site productivity and suggest improvements for work methods.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
