Handle
external
communication with client (progress, alignment, escalations, complaints).
Acts as internal integrator & coordinator across core project-related departments i.e.SNM (Sales), DND, ECA, PNI, PPS (Procurement), SVC as well as support departments like FNA (Finance) & HRD (HR).
Align resources to prevent project delays through
internal coordination meeting.
Monitor daily progress
of design, fabrication, assembly, wiring, testing & site installation.
Prepare project Gantt charts and update weekly reports internally & externally.
Follow up on material readiness, vendor delivery and critical-path items.
Conduct risk assessments and
escalate potential bottlenecks
(internally and externally).
Support FAT, SAT, commissioning and site coordination as needed.
Develop, maintain & continuously improve existing standards (SOP, forms, templates, checklist, logs, etc).
Other related tasks that are assigned by the Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all projects meet
scope, budget and schedule
targets.
Controls baseline, milestones, risks and resources planning through PME standards.
Lead project health reviews
focusing on time, cost, quality and risks
Resolve technical, QC, or workflow issues related to project progress.
Ensure all drawings, documents and specifications are up-to-date.
Maintain data accuracy and transparency
through project KPIs, dashboard, trackers & scorecards.
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
1-5 years working experience in manufacturing, EPCC, industrial machineries or automation (fresh graduates with strong project exposure are encouraged to apply).
Strong understanding of machine design, metal fabrication processes & project management.
Able to read engineering drawings; Familiarity with AUTOCAD/SOLIDWORKS is an advantage.
Strong coordination and active communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced project environment with tight deadlines.
Problem-solving, proactive and hands-on attitude.
Working Conditions
Working day/time: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
Breaks: 60 minutes lunch, prayer breaks
Overtime: OT pay rate compliant with Malaysian Labor Law, OT based on project needs.
