Job Description

• To ensure the projects achieve within the approved budgetary and in timely manner
• To ensure the project is implemented according to the SOP and working instruction of the Company ISO 9001 QMS.
• To report and update the project timetable in daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• To monitor and control the progress of the project and report the status.
• To attend the project meeting, liaison to client, main contractor, consultant, subcontractor and related parties.
• To carry-out regular site inspection and site survey for the projects.
• To coordinate with internal division such as engineering, servicing, purchasing etc for support and information.
• To control and supervise the sub-contractor on the erection and testing activities and ensure a good quality work, meeting schedule and cost-saving.
• To ensure the project going smoothly from delivery, storage, installation, testing, commissioning and training.To prepare project claim and follow up payment to Client.
• To prepare the project documentation such as correspondence, project schedule, project quality plan, project method statement, shop drawing, project job safety analysis, inspection test plan, technical sheet, project report, checklist etc.
• To ensure all projects document in proper filling as per the ISO requirement.
• To ensure the project performance testing of the system meeting to the Client\'s satisfaction and contract requirement.
• To ensure the project closing final document such as report, memo, checklist, O&M manual, as-built drawings is handed over to Client and S&M division for a continues servicing to Client.
• To ensure a proper and good Health, Safety and Environment practice at site.
• To verify the Sub-Contractor and Supplier invoices & claims.
• To provide proposal/quotation to Client on any additional works that requires to be carried out at site.
• To issue PR for the material to be purchased and WO for the sub-contracting works.
• To present on project execution plan and project close up performance review for HOD and Management for the project handle.
