Job Description

• At least 3-5 years of BMS (new building/retrofit) Project Management experience.
• Experience with Schneider System
• Expose in Networking Environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical & Electronics preferred
• CIDB Certificate is a must

ResponsibilitiesJOB PURPOSEProvide independent oversight of the project and management of the entire project from installation to contractor management.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage project development from initiation to closure.
• Be accountable for project results along with project manager.
• Monitor and oversee installation and commissioning to ensure correct quality is achieved.
• Develop and define requirements, schedules, and deliverables for projects.
• Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented, approved and communicated.
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management.
• Prepare progress claims on timely manner.
• To report issues/problems and suggest solutions to project manager on timely manner.
• Ensure all project documents are properly archived following project completion.
