Liaising with suppliers for sample materials and evaluate all quotations for building material (Architecture) and ensure compliance to product requirements.
Checking the accuracy and correctness of the tender
Responsible in preparation, coordination, manage, and control for all tender document,drawing and tender exercise.
Attend tender interview with the senior Project Manager/ Director and/ or Managing Director
Preparation of project budget/ costing
Preparation on estimated Project Cash Flow based on Work Programme from Project Team.
To identify and keep track on New Tender in the market.
Post-Contract
Monitoring the project resources, budget and advice on the project cost control.
To assist on Rationalization of rate with in line with tender basis
Preparation, submission, negotiation and close monitoring on Variation Order submission till approval by Project Team and payment including cost build up and preparation of supporting document to client.
Preparation of progress claims, taking off BQ (if necessary) and interim site valuation/measurement for Main-contractor\xe2\x80\x99s Claim which initiated by Project Team.
Preparation of progress claims, taking off BQ, recommend payments and final account for sub-contractors which initiated by Project Team.
Evaluate and verification on all the RFQ for building material (C&S), approval by Project Team.
Procurement of subcontractors (C&S and M&E) service evaluation of subcontractor\xe2\x80\x99s performance and preparation of subcontract documents.
Assist in all projects contractual and cost related matters in ensuring their compliances with the Contract
Preparation and settlement of final account upon completion of project
Attend site coordination meeting and ensure smooth communication among relevant personnel
Assists in preparation of Project Activities Report by Project Team (project cost estimate-material, preliminaries, supplier-material and plant / machineries, sub-labor)
Qualification Requirements: (Education, Experience and Skills)
Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction or other related qualification
2 to 3 years working experience in the related field. Experience in Housing Development will be added advantage .
Ability to organize, co-ordinate and control payment claims from subcontractors
Highly committed with initiative and integrity
Self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision
Ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines to complete assignment
Exposure to contact administration and familiar with FIDIC RED BOOK
