KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\xe2\x9c\x93 Coordinate all project elements from start to final closing phases;
\xe2\x9c\x93 Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions;
\xe2\x9c\x93 Apply specific technical skills as required to support the project;
\xe2\x9c\x93 Produce deliverables on-time accordingly to project requirements, define and clarifying these requirements where necessary;
\xe2\x9c\x93 Produce reports, attend and present progress at project meetings to management and clients;
\xe2\x9c\x93 Produce clear, focused and understandable explanations;
\xe2\x9c\x93 Keep up with current and developing engineering trends;
\xe2\x9c\x93 Be willing and available to work at company and customer discretion as required;
\xe2\x9c\x93 Undertake special projects as required;
\xe2\x9c\x93 Support and lead process improvement activities; and
\xe2\x9c\x93 Familiar with document preparation of Site Acquisition and Site Acceptance (JENDELA) for Telecommunication Tower Application.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED

• Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent with a minimum of 3 years\' experience in construction environment
• Experience in machinery maintenance is an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Quality conscious
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, coordinate, negotiate and know how to take decisions when necessary
• Ability to work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Efficient and organize
• Teamworking skills
• Independent and resourceful.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Prokon, MS Tower & Staad Pro.
