Job Description

• Perform test setup, research, development , methodology design, process design, system design and test excecution that satisfy customer\'s product requirement
• Perform failures analysis on PCBA level in term of system, software, hardware and complete set (after assembly) root cause identify
• Test documentation preparation : Test procedure, flow chart, work instruction, ECN control, BOM , failures analysis report and evaluation report.
• Handle software/hardware integration and troubleshooting
• Handle training on test excecution, repair guideline, failures analysis skill and rework methodology to production team
• Responsible for Equipment/tools/machinery/testers/accesories/spare part for maintenance/upgrade/repair/improvement
• To liase and communicate with internal/external customer on technical solution support
• To coordinate with NPI team on evaluation, data collection, analyzing result on new project trial issue for further improvement.
• Continuously develop and seek new process breakthroughs that improve quality,productivity and cost together with NPI team.
• Other assignments as appropriately assigned by the manager, to support the department and company

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the Test/R&D/PCB Hardware Engineering field is required for this position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
