Job Description

Conduct site surveys and technical assessments of existing HT, LV and ELV electrical installations for renovation and refurbishment projects. Assist in preparing technical proposals, scope of work, BOQs, and cost estimates to support project tendering and planning. Support the Project Manager in daily project coordination, progress monitoring, scheduling, and documentation. Supervise on-site execution of electrical renovation, repair, and upgrade works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and safety standard. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors and other trades to ensure efficient and timely completion of works. Monitor project cost, track resource usage, and assist in cost control activities including variation claims and procurement follow-ups. Review technical drawings and installation methods, conduct inspection and testing to ensure quality and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Enforce HSE policies on-site, participate in safety meetings, and ensure safe working conditions throughout project execution . Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, testing records, and support preparation of handover packages with as-built drawing and O&M manuals. Develop and ensure awareness and compliance with the Quality Management System and its requirements among all subordinates. Implement all relevant policies, procedures, activities and instructions as required by the Quality Management System. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
