Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager in overseeing development projects from planning and development through construction and final handover. Coordinate technical aspects of the project, thorough checks on other related drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with approved designs. Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure construction quality standards are met. Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting issues arise, and propose plans and assist to ensure projects are executed and completed within the approved timeframe. Perform any other assignments as required by the Project Manager or Project Management Office (PMO).
Job Requirements:
Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with building and construction engineering related background. Experience in project-related software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, and other relevant tools an added advantage. Fresh graduate or 1-year experience (diploma in civil structural engineering/ building management/Quantity Surveyor) willing to learn and seeking to progress and interested to learn basic M&E and architectural aspects with long term view in working in the building and construction fields.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
