Experience in coordinating on retail, shopping complexes, boutiques, commercial & exhibition spaces (construction/engineering experience will not be considered).
Team player with good attitude and pleasant personality.
Self-motivated with passion in interior design.
Able to multi-task and work independently.
Must possess own transport and able to converse in English & Cantonese.

Responsibilities

Prepare work schedule & ensure project is completed on a timely basis.
In charge of submission & obtain approval relevant authorities, building owner & landlord.
Attend all project coordination and technical at site.
To lead & control all workers & contractors works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirement.
Monitor progress on site and ensure quality of work is in accordance.
Report to project manager, work closely with designer & contractors on appropriate project handover.
