Responsibilities

1. Project/ Work Execution

Execute and supervise works according to construction drawings/ specifications. Report to Project Manager on issues related to resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish. Execute changes to the design and/ or renovation works according to adjusted work schedule. Supervise site workers and work progress at project site to ensure work is done according to construction drawings and work schedule; ensure quality and work safety requirements are met. Handle and safe keep equipment and material used at project site to prevent damage/ lost. Attend site meeting with internal team and contractors to report on project/ work progress; execute necessary action required to ensure project deadlines and requirements are met. Conduct quality control inspection to ensure works done are according to construction drawings/ specifications. Prepare manpower report. Report any nonconformance/ issue identified at site to Project Manager; execute necessary action required.
2. Supplier and Contractor Relationship Management:

Inspect supplier materials and contractor work done. Feedback any nonconformance/ issue identified to Project Manager.
3. Quality Management System:

Implement company policy and departmental standard operating procedures. Implement improvement in Project department. Support other internal customers in operations to ensure products and services meet customer and other interested parties' requirements. Ensure proper document and record keeping in Project department.

Requirements

Education

Diploma or higher in Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Experience

At least 4 years of site experience.
Skill

Supervisory skill. Communication. Problem solving. Basic understanding of renovation procedures and materials. Customer focus. Team work.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
