Job Description

Role Summary



This role supports the Managing Director by managing calendars, communication, follow-ups, and cross-team alignment. You help the founder stay organised while contributing to social media coordination and light e-commerce tasks. Ideal for someone who's highly organised and enjoys multi-functional work.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & Administration



Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and scheduling. Prepare follow-ups, emails, and meeting summaries. Organise databases, folders, and documents.

Social Media Arrangement



Schedule content on IG, TikTok, Meta, and Shopee Live assets. Upload approved content, manage captions, hashtags, and posting timelines. Coordinate with creators or content team for assets. Assist in replying to comments or DMs (if needed) using internal guidelines. Track performance and compile weekly social media reports.

E-Commerce Support



Pull data from Shopify, Shopee, and Meta Ads for weekly reports. Assist with campaign setup, product listing updates, and simple checks. Support marketing and operations teams on pending tasks.

Communication & Documentation



Draft presentations, proposals, and internal documents. Maintain SOPs and ensure information stays updated across the organisation.

Operations & HR Support



Assist in recruitment screening, vendor coordination, and internal organisation. Handle ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements



Excellent communication and organisation skills. High attention to detail and confidentiality. Familiar with social media posting workflows (IG Reels, TikTok, Meta scheduling). Bonus: Knowledge of Shopify, Shopee, or digital marketing tools. Proactive, reliable, and able to operate independently.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
