Job Description
- Responsible project planning in construction of property from planning stage to hand over
- Liaison with consultants/vendors/ relevant parties on matters related to project implementation
- Monitor construction progress to ensure timely completion within the deadline and according to approved drawings and specifications
- Attend/ conduct consultants meetings, construction, implementation and control meeting
- Assist in implementing quality, health, safety & environment management system i.e policies, activities, procedures, instructions where relevant as per SOP and ISO
- Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Property Development or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Exposure to high-rise property development & previous working experience is an advantange
- Required language(s): English, BM, Mandarin (added advantage)
- Required computer skills: MS Office, MS Project and AUTOCAD
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Working day Monday - Friday only.
