Job Summary:

The Project Executive is responsible for supporting the overall planning, coordination, and execution of development projects. This role ensures that all activities are completed in compliance with authority requirements, within budget, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and control of project development activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and authority requirements. Monitor site progress to ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and design specifications. Prepare, update, and track project costings, budgets, timelines, and progress reports. Manage procurement activities, including sourcing and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities throughout project planning, development, and approval processes. Draft, review, and manage project-related correspondence and documentation with authorities, contractors, and external partners. Ensure that all drawings, designs, and technical submissions comply with project specifications, quality standards, and statutory regulations. Coordinate and facilitate all phases of project planning and execution, working closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in project management or property development. Valid 3S Certificate (Safety, Health, and Environment) is

required

. Good understanding of project planning, authority submission processes, and construction procedures. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and project management tools. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
