Role Description

We are seeking a Project Executive to support execution, coordination, and stakeholder

management across financial and capital-related projects. This role is highly execution-driven and suited for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with senior and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and set up meetings with stakeholders including financial institutions, investment banks, commercial banks, advisors, corporate partners, media partners & etc. Support project execution, including preparation and coordination of agreements, supporting documents, claims, reports drafting and progress updates. Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution. Liaise with internal and external parties (financial, corporate, and media-related) to ensure timely information flow and follow-through. Coordinate communications and execution with partners where required for project or campaign-related initiatives. Maintain proper documentation, records, and version control across all projects. Assist in ad-hoc tasks related to deal execution, project coordination, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields 1 - 3 Years of Experiences are preferred Strong organisational and coordination skills Comfortable dealing with financial institutions, professional stakeholders, and external partners Good written and verbal communication skills (English required; Mandarin is a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines
