Requirements
We are hiring a hands-on team leader with a background as a fitter or electrician. This role is not just about giving instructions - you must be actively involved in the work and capable of performing tasks yourself.

• Additional Requirement (to be added under Job Requirements):Must have frontline, hands-on work experience in mechanical or electrical operations.
• Education: No specific academic qualifications required.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical operations, with practical skills as a fitter or electrician.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in press machine maintenance, including knowledge of machine structures, principles, and fault diagnosis.
• Technical Skills: Able to independently handle complex repair tasks and troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Leadership: Strong ability to lead a team, assign tasks, and work hands-on to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Language: Basic English reading and communication skills required for work-related interaction and understanding technical documents.
• Personal Traits: High responsibility, able to handle pressure, and adaptable to Southeast Asia's work environment and travel requirements.
• Preferred: Candidates with Southeast Asia project experience or overseas work background with China companies are highly valued. China language are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Execute Overseas Projects: Manage a team of fitters and electricians to carry out press machine maintenance projects in Malaysia, Thailand, and other Southeast Asian countries. Hands-on participation in on-site tasks and solving complex technical problems as the project's key technical expert.
• Project Coordination: Oversee on-site work progress, assign tasks according to project timeline, supervise execution, and resolve technical/process-related issues to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.
• Client Communication: Interface with overseas clients (automotive OEMs and stamping workshops), understand their needs, and provide regular updates on project progress to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Team Skill Development: Mentor team members by sharing practical skills and repair experience, improving overall team performance and efficiency.
• Safety Management: Enforce local safety regulations, take the lead in ensuring safety compliance, and prevent workplace accidents.
• Other Tasks: Perform additional tasks related to Southeast Asia projects as assigned by management.
