Overview Join Our Team as Admin Executive! Our company is undergoing rapid expansion, and we are seeking a Project Executive to join our skilled team. RESPONSIBILITIES Proposal of Design & Build Development Stage

• Understand Client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements on Design and Build (D&B)
• To develop proposal layout based on Client\xe2\x80\x99s input, compute and countercheck built up tabulation of the proposal.
• Liaise and coordinate with Consultant(s) to ensure Proposal factored and in compliance to relevant Authority requirements.
• Support and liaise Sales and Marketing (SMKT) on all matters and issues related to D&B.
• Develop Design Brief to be used for subsequent stages.

Submission Stage

• To liaise and coordinate with Consultant to develop submission drawing from firmed up proposal for Serentak submission to all relevant Authorities leading to Construction in a timely manner.
• To ensure Design Brief, Proposal, Contract / Agreement details fully reflected in the Submission drawing.
• To liaise and coordinate with Consultant in supporting Contract/SMKT in the effort of developing commercial proposal.

Pre-Construction Stage

• To liaise and coordinate with Consultant to develop Construction drawing from firmed up proposal, submission drawing taking into consideration the latest Authority comments/requirement leading to construction commencement in a timely manner.
• To check and refine Construction drawing to be fully conform to all aspects of D&B before handing over to Project Executive (Site) for execution.
• Site inspection from time to time to ensure work carried out on site align to Design Brief, Proposal, Contract / Agreement details fully reflected in the Submission drawing.
• Any other matter that maybe directly from time to time from Management.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 1 years working experience in related field
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or equivalent.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Attend and manage CCC inspection, manage and liaison on all authorities imposition during Construction stage.
