We are seeking a highly capable Project Executive who will work closely with our CEO, providing essential support in managing both high-level projects and day-to-day tasks. This role goes beyond standard project management-you\'ll serve as an extension of our CEO, ensuring smooth operations, streamlined communication, and efficient execution of initiatives. • Executive Support: Function as the CEO\'s right hand, handling the preparation and organization of meeting agendas, taking accurate minutes, and managing follow-ups on critical action items.
• Task Prioritization: Anticipate the CEO\'s needs, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced environment.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous records and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date, easily accessible, and well-organized for quick reference.
• Customer Interaction: Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, providing top-tier customer service and handling inquiries on behalf of the CEO through phone, email, or in person.
• Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of weekly events and training sessions, ensuring every aspect-from logistics to reporting-runs seamlessly to meet the CEO\'s high standards.
