Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be the key liaison between our company and designers or architects, ensuring smooth communication and project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

To coordinate and oversee the work schedule and revise as appropriate to meet requirements To monitor project progress, costs, production progress and collections of projects To manage day-to-day operations of project installation team to ensure smooth running of operations. To assist in producing reports, collection and preparation of data to support project performance report To attend projects, operations and site meeting to ensure smoothness of project coordination To liaise with consultants and clients to monitor project requirements To maintain comprehensive project documentations and ensure documents are complete and in order for filing purposes. To Engage with contractors to problem-solve deviations and arising matters.
Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying. Solid understanding of the interior design or architecture industry. Proficient in AutoCAD, microsoft office Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
