Job Specilization : Project Executive (QS)

:

1) To handle all matters related to QS studies including contract management, tendering (pre-post contract), estimation of cost and sources, site visit, liase with sub-con, preparing and certifying progress claims and payment.

2) Possess sound knowledge of market rates, cost control, preparation of claims and site evaluation.

3) To read drawings/plans well and possess good negotiation skills with suppliers/contractors on quotations and procurement.

4) To verify, prepare the database, process and manage all matters related to QS duties.

5) To be involved in the measurement of quantities for purpose of tender documentation and progress payment.

6) To prepare and assess variation order, remeasurement and final account.

7) To prepare a financial statement.

Job Highlights:

1) Bachelor's Degree holder in Quantity Surveying.

2) Minimum 2 years experience in related fields. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

3) Candidates with measurement software knowledge especially Glodon stand a higher chance to be recruited.

4) Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
