1.
Project Planning & Coordination:
Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate project activities, ensuring smooth workflow between different departments.
2.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
3.
Budget & Resource Management:
Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring resource allocation is in line with project requirements.
Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and labor as needed.
4.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
5.
Risk Management & Problem Solving:
Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or budgets, and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
Ensure that any project delays or setbacks are addressed promptly, with contingency plans in place.
6.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered within the agreed timeframe.
7.
Contract & Vendor Management:
Assist in managing contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Ensure that all parties adhere to contractual obligations, timelines, and quality standards.
8.
Project Handover & Closure:
Assist in the successful handover of completed projects to clients, ensuring all final documentation is completed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
