Key Responsibilities

Prepare and organize project-related information, including summaries, sales kits, and other materials for upload to the company cloud system. Attend project briefings (on-site, gallery, or via Zoom) and maintain a clear understanding of project packages and offerings. Manage and update sales charts, including tracking unit availability and coordinating with developers for the latest updates. Work closely with developers, colleagues, and departments to resolve agent-related issues promptly and effectively. Handle and follow up on developer feedback and complaints, ensuring professional communication and resolution. Provide assistance to agents by clarifying project details, addressing queries, and sharing updated information. Prepare and submit reports and presentations in a timely manner as assigned by management. Update and respond to developer updates in WhatsApp focus groups and agent (REN) inquiries in Telegram focus groups. Support other ad-hoc tasks and assignments related to project management and coordination as needed.

Requirements

Diploma or higher in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Computer literate, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). Energetic, motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment. A team player with a positive attitude, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize daily workloads effectively. Outspoken, internet-savvy, and comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders. Must possess own transport and be available to join immediately or within 1 month's notice. Preferably Chinese male candidate.
