Work with Mall management team to ensure properties are maintained in a good and tenantable condition.
Conduct site visit with potential tenants.
Oversee fit-out and renovation works for new tenants.
Arranging hand over of vacant possession of premise to tenants.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including performing Personal Assistant duties to GM.
Other task and roles as assigned from time to time or based on any project requirements.
? Working Experience : Minimum 1- 2 years working experience in similar capacity
? Qualification : Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design & Project Management

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
