Job Description
Position : Project Executive
Location : Old Klang Road
Salary : RM 3,000 - RM 3,500
Working hours : 5 days a week
Job Responsibilities
Prepare info reformation related to project summary / sales kit & etc and upload to Cloud
Attend Project briefing (on site/ gallery / zoom)
Understand well about Project package
Manage sales chart
Request sales chart and unit available with developer
Work closely with various developers / colleagues / departments to resolve agent-related matters
Handle developer feedback and complaint
Regularly assist agents on project matters / clarify information
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
Assist in other relevant ad-hoc when necessary
Update and replying Developer update in WhatsApp focus group
Update and replying REN query in Telegram focus group
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Diploma in any field
Fresh graduates are welcome!
Computer literate, fast learner and independent
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office / Google Office products
A positive attitude towards work-life balance, work smart and play hard
Energetic and self-motivated
A helpful team player
Able to organize daily workload by priorities
Adaptable to the fast-paced working environment
Internet savvy
