Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Strategic planning and governance the project management according to the business goals of the organization. \xc2\xb7 Managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder expectations & communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance. \xc2\xb7 Establish strong information feedback on Potential Pipeline, Client needs and Top Management Progress Reporting. \xc2\xb7 Organize and lead stakeholders project status meeting, customers meetings and others working & management reporting meetings. \xc2\xb7 Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management office. \xc2\xb7 Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management office. \xc2\xb7 Manage and allocate resources accurately across projects and able to delivery on-time / on-budget project management results. Job Requirement: \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or during pursuing professional studies in Computer Science/Information Technology/Project Management or its equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Must possess great communication & writings skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills \xc2\xb7 Proactive and positive nature personality. \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and multi-task as well as a good team player. \xc2\xb7 Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Meticulous and detail-oriented person. \xc2\xb7 Good Customer relationship and User Acceptance Test (UAT) / System Testing Skill. \xc2\xb7 Project requirement study and proposed solutions \xc2\xb7 Good command of both spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
