Key Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition & Support

oAssist in promoting and presenting company products to merchants and retailers.

oSupport the onboarding of new merchants and ensure smooth activation.

oMaintain relationships with existing merchants to ensure service quality and satisfaction.

Project Coordination

oAssist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities.

oPrepare project progress reports, schedules, and follow-up action items.

oSupport the Project Manager in managing project timelines and deliverables.

Sales & Business Development Support

oHelp develop business plans and identify potential business opportunities.

oProvide support during sales presentations and business pitches.

oPrepare basic business proposals and presentations.

Merchant & Operations Support

oAssist in training merchant staff on company products.

oCollect merchant feedback and escalate issues to the Project Manager.

oSupport merchant payment collections and follow-up when needed.

Documentation & Reporting

oPrepare weekly/monthly reports on project status and merchant activities.

oMaintain proper documentation of contracts, merchant files, and reports.

oConduct basic data analysis and prepare comparison or feasibility studies.

Job Requirements

oDiploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.

oGood communication and presentation skills.

oAble to work independently and in a team.

oStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
