Job summary :

Assigned to be customer representative and responsible for working with Fastrain customers to coordinate activities in Fastrain to support customer requirements. Monitoring progress of projects within business units and direct resources to ensure that all launch programs meet company and customer specific requirements. Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manages and direct all phases of a program from inception through pre-production Works with Fastrain teams to road map and monitor new product builds and qualifications. Communicate factory issues to customer/ customer issues to factory. Coordinates customer visits. Monitors and follows up line performance in order to get high efficiency and good quality. Coordinated and/or escalates the resolution of systemic problems or processes in the supply chain. Coordinates with the CFT in problem solving to get the job done. Coordinates with the CFT the collection of data for the preparation of presentations in General or for Quarterly Business Reviews with the customer. Provides accurate information to superior and subordinate with the effective communication. Scrap and inventory controlling. Knows your customer's expectations and drive action to meet them. Perform other duties as properly assigned by supervisor/leader.

Requirements :

Education : B.A/B.S., B.Eng., M.A/M.S., M.Eng Experience : +3years Other requirements : Good command of English & Mandarin, Familiar with foreign company, Excellent interpersonal and Communication abilities
