Job Description

Job Responsibility To attend project briefings, site visit and various meetings to understand the project intention. To liaise with Design Director, Designer and Project Coordinator to plan out the schedule of work programming. To liaise with Designers, Project Coordinator and Office Manager for the production of construction drawings, bill of quantities, control schedule, cut sheet and tender documents. To review drawings/documents compiled by the Designers and/or Project Coordinator for any discrepancies and errors and subsequently to rectify them prior issuance to contractor. To liaise with Client, relevant Consultants and Contractors for project matter, e.g., drawings, presentation material, schedule of meetings and etc. related to specific project, attending to their queries and subsequently hold discussion with the relevant staff to resolve matter arises. To assist Design Manager, Project Coordinator and Office Manager in the preparation of contractor s progress claim, final account and cost estimate. To liaise with Lighting Contractor pertaining to site mock-up, testing & commissioning. To liaise with the successful Lighting Contractor for their work programme, submittal for approval. Attend to site supervision and periodic inspection. May have to go outstation if needed. Job Requirements Knowledge on lighting and AutoCAD Able to understand construction drawing Ability to build and maintain relationships with Clients, Vendor, and other stakeholders Ability to understand Client s requirement and need on the lighting plan / design Well connected with the lighting industry and have some knowledge on lighting products and technology Ability to coordinate work schedule, deadline and logical decision making Must have at least 3 to 4 years of work experience, preferably in the lighting industry Job Benifits Hone your leadership skills by overseeing and guiding project teams.
