Working Location

Klang Valley Batu Pahat, Johor Genting Highland, Pahang

Supervise, monitor and inspect architectural works progress at site. To assist the overall project implementation and site construction Review accuracy of drawings, charts and forms in compliance with project requirements, local authorities 'requirements. Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs and visit project sites to compile measurements as and when required Assist the project team in carrying out inspections, attending meetings, liaising with cow, client, authorities and other administrative matters Liaise with trade contractors project managers, trade contractor supervisors to ensure successful completion of projects. Able to prepare and handle site co-ordination with sub-contractors for any new workers, logistics and daily site reports. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities instructed by Project Manager and the Management. Able to monitor the usage of machinery, tools, material and manpower. Assist in the preparation of proper record of site diary, site measurement, site record and site progress record, project claims.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' working experience with developers/consultants/contractor firms/Interior line. Experience in coordinating and monitoring of site works in accordance with ISO requirements and contractual specifications. Knowledge of Interior Design or architecture work is pre-requisite. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be added advantage. Experience in Hotel, Commercial, Residential Project. Punctuality, teamwork with an eye for detail is essential.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
