Project Executive

to lead and manage unique, specialized, and exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Assist in overseeing architectural and engineering projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Collaboration:

Work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure the successful completion of project goals.

Budget & Timeline Management:

Support the team in managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Risk & Problem Solving:

Identify project issues and collaborate on solutions to keep the project on track.

Team Coordination:

Work with project teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.

Criteria:

Education:

Diploma and/or above in construction-related course (Engineering/QS/Construction Management) - Required for full-time position*.

Internship Applicants:

Students in the above fields are

Experience:

Previous experience in engineering projects (preferred, but not required for interns*).

Skills:

Strong communication and teamwork abilities Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Eager to learn the full project cycle, including pre- and post-contract administration

Preferred:

Flexibility and willingness to travel will significantly boost your chances of securing the role
