Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Advanced Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent;
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage;
• With at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience;
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges;
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions;
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas;
• Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution;
• Possess own transport;
• Willing to travel;
• Malaysian only;

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Coordinator / Project Manager in the preparation of technical proposal as and when as instructed;
• Laise / coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of work and resolve site conflict;
• Responsible for overall project scheduling, coordinate and supervision of project implementation;
• Monitoring the progress of projects;
• Self-motivated with ability to interact and communicate;
• Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings or any related activities with regards to the projects;
• Monitoring construction or rehabilitation work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
