Project Executive & Project Assistant
Job Description
: \xc2\xb7 Supervise implementation works at construstion site. \xc2\xb7 Ensure works are carried out in accordance to the contracts and construction drawings. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the procedures outlined in the Project Quanlity Plan (PQP) and the Company\'s Quanlity Management Syatem are adhered to during supervision and monitoring \xc2\xb7 Monitor and control the progress of site work, ensure the project to be completed within the budget, cost and stipulated time frame with good work quality \xc2\xb7 Attend to site valuation with representatives from Contracts Department to determine the quantum of interim payment due to contractors \xc2\xb7 Regularly report to be the Project Manager / General Manager on the progress of the building works and the problem areas encountered Requirement : \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xc2\xb7 Required skill(s) : MS Office, MS Project. \xc2\xb7 Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin \xc2\xb7 Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Familiar with CONQUAS / QLASSIC \xc2\xb7 Strong problem solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Possess quanlity awareness, good communication and interpersonal skills.
