• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of X years of experience in project management or related roles, preferably in app development or software engineering.
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, methodologies, and technologies (iOS, Android, hybrid), as well as proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Client Management: Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships and manage client expectations effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements, priorities, and deadlines, and to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications: Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master) are a plus.

Tanggungjawab

• Project Planning and Coordination: Lead the planning and coordination of app development projects, including defining project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication, providing project updates, and addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Team Management: Coordinate with app developers, designers, quality assurance testers, and other team members to assign tasks, track progress, and ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.
• Timeline and Resource Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and resource utilization to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure app functionality, usability, and performance meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and issues proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed to minimize project disruptions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests, ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in app development, and recommend process improvements and innovations to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
