Job Description

s:

Organize and coordinate various professional consultants Liaise with local authorities and all related agencies in property development Assist in project planning, designing and project implementation Manage and maintain projects related documentation Monitor team works progress, anticipate, and resolve problems and contractual disputes Work closely with architects and verify their design detailing to avoid design errors Accurately meet and schedule progress of project assigned from time to time Coordinate all design matters related to building architectural, interior design, landscape, wayfinding, lighting, and others that effect the aesthetic aspect of overall project to ensure designs are aligned To support the project team and resolve technical issues to achieve the project schedule and cost

Job Requirement:

Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering (Civil) or any related field Preferably at least two (2) years of related working experience. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia language for both spoken and written Working location in

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
