About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Project Executive to join our Operations team. In this role, you are responsible for revolving around planning, execution, and ensuring the new branch is fully operational and aligned with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential sites to assess suitability in terms of visibility, accessibility, and customer convenience.
• Identify suitable properties for new branches that align with company objectives.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and contracts with property owners or agents.
• Conducting feasibility studies, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the successful establishment of new branches
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, legal, compliance, marketing) to execute the branch setup.
• Ensure timely completion of construction, renovations, or setup activities.
• Ensure all new branches comply with local zoning laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and manage necessary permits and documentation for branch operations.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to optimize branch success.
• Provide regular updates to management on branch expansion progress and challenges.
• Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the ISO 9001 and CAD 6011 (II) Agricultural UAS Operations' requirements and standards.

About You

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Project Management/Real Estate Management
• 1-2 years of experience in branch development, real estate, or business expansion.
• Proficiency in project management with attention to detail and Competency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics and legal frameworks is an advantage and Project Management
