  • Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are adhered to.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
  • Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience in project management within the construction or interior industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
Construction ManagersRoles & Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases.
  • Manage and supervise on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project budgets, making adjustments as necessary to avoid overruns.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
  • Address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • More 6 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the interior IT-out or building industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
