: * As lead facilitator in cross-functional process redesign projects to deliver using tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, Data Analytics and Benchmarking * Drive process and digital transformation strategies : As lead facilitator in cross-functional process redesign projects to deliver using tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, Data Analytics and Benchmarking Drive process and digital transformation strategies to improve customer experience, increase organizational effectiveness, efficiency and quality excellence Identify and scope improvement opportunities across business functions in the Bank and solicit support from the relevant business functions, product and process owners Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or other related fields At least 5 years of relevant experience with exposure in consultancy , banking or services industry Proven technical skills and experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Project Management, Design Thinking methodologies and process innovation including trends/best practice research, process modeling and data analysis Good understanding of key processes in Banking and Financial Services, and familiar with the latest trends in technology that can be leveraged for operational and service excellence Strong ability in partnering business leaders and stakeholders in identifying process improvement, cost optimization and customer experience improvement opportunities Facilitation or management of large-scale cross-functional process projects for transformational and organizational change to achieve demonstrable results Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, communication and people management skills in working with diverse groups of business leaders, stakeholders and project team members Ability to work independently and with diverse teams, from senior management to working level Objectivity, perseverance and an inquisitive mind are desirable qualities Experience in digital capabilities and SCRUM framework will be added advantage
