A Snapshot of Your Day
In summary as a Project Finance Executive, your role will involve managing all business elements of the assigned project. Assigned project including but not limited to Spare parts order, Service order and project (Project). Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Sales and Finance Team and others stakeholder to ensure Project success.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Monitor project delivery status and coordinate with factory, logistics, and procurement to ensure timely deliveries.
• Control and monitor key financial indicators: Order Intake, Revenue, Cost, Gross Margin, and Cash.
• Prepare and submit financial documents and reports, including hedging contracts, bank guarantees, insurance, letters of credit, and cash flow.
• Maintain SAP master data; handle credit limit applications; create and process sales/service orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, billing, and collection.
• Support forecasting, reporting, pre-sales/tendering, and month-end closing activities.
• Act as liaison between project management, customer, internal teams, and factory.

What You Bring

• Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field; solid accounting and costing knowledge preferred.
• Experience in commercial aspects of project execution is advantageous.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet strict reporting deadlines, and show strong commitment.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset, positive attitude toward routine tasks, focusing on accuracy and improvement.
• Hardworking, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of SAP, IT technologies, and professional English proficiency are advantages.

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
