MAG-LINK TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. seeks an PROJECT & MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company\xe2\x80\x99s name \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs standard preventive maintenance work assignments on CAT and allied construction machinery at customer jobsites with limited supervision in a timely and efficient manner with an acceptable level of quality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Direct and manage project development from beginning till end \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains project control documentation, design drawings and specifications, back-charge documents, change orders, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain project management operating procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and manage project apprehensions and critical parts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plans, organizes, and ensures adequate staffing, execution, and monitoring of all field engineering/ maintenance activities and related support operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 The maintenance and service of all the machineries and equipment for entire plants and office to ensure best operation efficiency and condition. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expense \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and define contingency plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to monitor and maintain machine accessories and spare part inventory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Expediting work orders and requests, schedule both routine and non-routine electrical and maintenance related projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement maintenance strategy to support all production lines to ensure equipment is reliable and functioning well \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining preventive maintenance program to ensure the maintenance schedules are met according to quality systems requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversight of the front-line supervisors and ensuring execution of the daily work tasks as identified by the schedule.
