Duration: 3 month



JOB DESCRIPTION



1. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction or development projects.

2. Support in preparing and updating project schedules and progress reports.

3. Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

4. Prepare project documentation and filling such as meeting minutes, weekly/monthly reports, and tracking updates.

5. Monitor project activities to ensure they are on schedule and within scope.

6. Assist in identifying and resolving issues or delays during project execution.

Requirements:



1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Landscape Management Construction Management, or related fields.

2. Good communication and organizational skills.

3. Able to work independently and in a team environment.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Autocad and other relevant software (advantageous).

5. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Working Hours :

08:15 am - 06:00 pm

Break Time :

12:30 pm - 01:30 pm

Working Days :

Monday to Friday (5 days)
