Job Description

Main Responsibility:-

Primary responsibility will be to support the documentation needs of projects led by Project Engineers.

Streamlining and centralizing document management processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration across

various projects and to ensure all the documents adhere to the QMS and IATF 16949 standards.

:-

1. Develop and implement a centralized system for storing, organizing, and retrieving project-related documentations. Collaborate with Project Engineers to gather and organize project-specific documents. Ensure adherence to the QMS and IATF 16949 Standards.

2. Provide support to Project Engineers in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Collaborate on document control processes to ensure consistency and compliance across all projects. Liase with internal & external parties on project documents related issue.

3. Documentations control for internal & external project documentations (ESER, APQP, PPAP/PSW, SPTT & project filing). Conduct audits checking to ensure the accuracy and completeness of project documentations. Implement measures to address any discrepancies or gaps in documentation.

4. Assists Overall Department in documentations control that are related to the Department needs and requirements.

Minimum Requirement(s):-

1. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or related engineering degree required.

2. At least 3 years experience in related field.

3. Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Power Point, MS project.

4. Documentations records and control.

5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and coordinating skills to drive people towards achieving project goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
