Job Description


: Own key performance metrics covering budget planning, process improvement, cost, productivity, and service level agreement (SLA) of Shopee fulfillment operations. Methodologically define problems, identify root causes, and provide key levers to solve problems. To be inline with ground operation by driving execution at operational level to ensure project feasibility, smooth delivery and success. Key focal point for all project related communication with internal and external stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Finance, Supply Chain or any related qualification At least 1 year of experience in management consulting and / or project management in the e-Commerce, supply chain or similar industry Analytical, detail oriented and sensitive to numbers Proficient in presenting work using PowerPoint, Excel or similar applications A self-starter and result-oriented in a fast-paced and diverse environment Working location: Bukit Raja, Klang.
