to support the implementation and integration of our
Property Management Application and Accounting Systems
. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth deployment, data migration, and system compliance for better operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Planning & Coordination
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project requirements are well-defined and achieved.
Continuously monitor progress to ensure projects stay on track and meet business objectives.
2. Project Execution & Monitoring
Support day-to-day project implementation in line with approved standards and methodologies.
Track performance, manage risks, and provide timely updates to senior management.
Prepare clear and concise project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and corrective actions.
3. Risk & Issue Management
Identify, assess, and document potential project risks and challenges.
Develop effective mitigation plans and ensure prompt resolution.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, meeting minutes, and test reports.
Conduct post-project evaluations and prepare lessons-learned reports to improve future processes.
Work closely with the Project Management Team Lead to ensure successful project closure.
5. Stakeholder Communication
Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clear and transparent communication.
Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate feedback to drive project success.
6. Process Improvement
Contribute ideas to enhance project management workflows, tools, and efficiency.
Recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
7. Financial Data Migration & Audit
Lead the migration of historical property management and financial data from legacy systems to new platforms.
Validate, reconcile, and ensure data integrity post-migration.
Prepare clear documentation and audit trails for transparency and compliance.
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or higher qualification in Business, IT, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of hands-on experience
in
system integration project management
.
Basic knowledge of accounting and auditing processes will be an advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Malay.
Proactive, organized, and a strong team player.
